On the 4-6 November 2004 the 3rd Meeting of EDC Network in Poland was held in Torun. The Natolin EDC and Library was represented by Wiktor T. Pozniak, Marzenna Sałek, Piotr Frączek, and Paweł Mielczarek. The intensive working sessions when issues concerning EDC in Poland have been discussed was accompanied by lectures provided by Librarians from UMK Library in Torun, as well as by prof. J. Justyński who spoke about European constitution.
